TERMS & CONDITIONS - PAYMENTS

Terms and Conditions of Payment

  1. Deposit Payment:
    A non-refundable deposit of 20% of booking total is required to secure the booking. The deposit must be paid within one week of the contract date. Failure to make the deposit within this time frame may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

  2. Full Balance Payment:
    The full balance of the total amount due is required no later than two weeks prior to the event date. This payment is also non-refundable once received.

  3. Late Payments:
    Any payments not received by the specified due dates may result in a late fee of 5%, and in some cases, cancellation of the event. The event may also be rescheduled at the discretion of the provider, based on availability.

  4. Payment Methods:
    Payments may be made by bank transfer. Please ensure that all payments are received in full and on time as outlined in these terms.

  5. Cancellation:
    If the client cancels the event after the deposit has been made, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made after full payment has been received will not result in a refund.

By signing the contract, the client agrees to these payment terms and conditions.

CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

- Full day events only - provide a hot meal and soft drinks/tea/coffee throughout the day for each musician

- Provide a changing room large enough to accommodate all band members, preferably with a clothes hanging rail and mirror.

dditional Terms:

1. Deposit: The deposit is non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the Band/Singer/Artiste.

2. Cancellation:

- If the Client cancels the booking less than 30 days before the wedding, the full balance is due.

- If the Client cancels the booking less than 60 days before the wedding, 75% of the balance is due.

- If the Client cancels the booking less than 90 days before the wedding, 50% of the balance is due.

- If the Band cancels, the deposit and any other payments made by the Client will be refunded in full.

3. Performance Conditions:

- The Band/Artiste requires a safe and suitable performance area.

- For outdoor performances, adequate cover and a dry area must be provided in case of inclement weather, or an alternative space to perform indoors.

4. A minimum of 2 x 13amp plug sockets to be available at the performance space.

5. Liability: The Band is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to accidents, force majure, or acts of God. Although extremely rare, where health issues arise with performers, a suitable and same level deputy replacement will be sought.

5. Changes: Any changes to the schedule or performance requirements must be communicated and agreed upon in writing by both parties.
